Adair produced this series of works based on the life and music of Northern Irish singer/song writer David McWilliams. The Days Of Pearly Spencer was the signature tune of McWilliams, regarded as a 60's classic, it was based on the life of a homeless man whom McWilliams befriended. Through out the work Adair highlighted the singers empathy with those who live on the margins of society. The full series of paintings was showcased at the Braid Arts centre for the 10 year Anniversary Tribute Concert in David McWilliams home town of Ballymena.
