The Big Windoodle was an innovative live artwork event which saw Adair and a number of talented artists and illustrators turning their attention to creating a temporary collection of artworks sited in the windows of shops and businesses in Durham city centre. For his work Adair recreated a series of detailed pen and ink drawings he produced on the theme of space. During the making of the work large crowds gathered excited at seeing a live art event taking place in a venue normally full with dreary empty unused spaces.
