To coincide with the Queens Diamond Jubilee celebrations and the London Olympics Adair exhibited several of these works in Hampstead London for a summer show. The Queen looks both young and old in this colourful and playful series based on oringinal newspaper cuttings belonging to a vintage 1950s child’s scrapbook from the Queens Coronation.
